SSP Fertilizer – Tak Agro

Tak Agro’s SSP (Single Super Phosphate) Fertilizer is a high-quality agricultural input that provides essential micronutrients critical for plant growth and development. This results in better plant germination, longer and stronger roots, increased branching, and faster maturity. The following are the chemical properties of SSP fertilizer:

• Phosphorus content: 7 to 9% (16 to 20% P2O5)
• Calcium (Ca) content: 18 to 21%
• S content: 11 to 12%
• pH: < 2

Crops Suitable for SSP Fertilizer Application

Single Super Phosphate (SSP) fertilizer is ideal as a starter fertilizer, providing phosphorus to support root development in crops such as pepper, cucumber, eggplant, watermelon, okra, lettuce, and kale. Healthy roots enable plants to absorb more water and nutrients, which can greatly enhance crop yields.

SSP fertilizer is also beneficial for tree and fruit crops during their root development and flowering stages. Crops like cocoa, oil palm, cashew, mango, orange, apple, and pawpaw can benefit from its application.

Broad-acre crops such as maize, sorghum, millet, sesame, and sugarcane also respond well to SSP fertilizer.

Additionally, SSP can be applied to pastures, fodder crops, and flowers to promote healthy growth.
